30-Day Easy Returns and Exchanges

We have strict quality control standards to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition, but you may still request a return or exchange. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you in returning new, unworn items.

We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt. In the rare case that an item is damaged, missing, or the wrong item is in the package, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it promptly. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific shipping costs depend on the courier you choose. If the item is damaged or the item information is inaccurate due to our reasons, the consumer will not be responsible for the resulting shipping costs.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

To make returns and exchanges as simple as possible, please follow the guidelines below:

1: Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the item to obtain a return authorization and return address. We will not accept returns without customer service authorization.

2: We will only accept return requests if there are quality issues with our products. Please allow for slight color and size differences, which are unavoidable.

3: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and panty protectors. We will refuse returns if the item shows obvious signs of use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains.

4: Please return items through your local post office to avoid taxes and fees, and include your completed Return Authorization Form in the return package. Items lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so please be sure to keep your tracking number for reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using the cash on delivery service.

5: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will send an email notification and arrange an exchange or refund within 7 business days.
